The market is showing no signs of slowing down with home sales increasing by nearly 36 percent in April of this year compared to last year. Median sales prices also continued their steep climb with a more than 17% increase.

The proper presentation increases value and sells homes faster. I've seen it unfold over an over on the buy side. The audible ooohs and ahhhs you hear when a listing is prepped with care and attention.
